Bio
Ember Skirsky is a lens-based visual artist. She received her B.F.A. in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2024. Her work focuses on the moments unseen in the ordinary - the totality of experience. Exploring the world around her, she documents the passage of time on her subject matter, and the relationships between self and others.
She has experience with many camera formats, as well as film processing and scanning, inkjet printing, and bookmaking. She has been exhibited in both group and solo shows, as well as publications such as Fraction.
